But had to do one for this location. My day was horrible before I got there . It was a woman named courtney that gave some of the best customer service I have ever seen in my life . She was professional , respectful. Fast. But extremely precise and dedicated to the people . I've never ever in my life got treated so well in a place of business . Thank you enterprise But most of all , thank you Courtney . Enterprise needs millions of people like you working for there establishment . You should be the top trainer for all enterprises all over the world . Thank you
- DVDaniel ValderNov 25, 20251.0My only issue with Enterprise was that they told me “most people add the damage waver for one or two days” but nothing about having to bring the car back to get the waver off. So even though I paid for just one day, when I returned the car they made me pay for each day I had the car and never told me I had to drive the car back to Enterprise to remove it. Feel like they intentionally mislead me. For this reason I will not rent from here again.
