Several issues arose: I reserved with XM radio. I was told to pick from a group of cars. I picked a Toyota. At the exit gate, I told employee XM did not work. He brought me a Hyundai hybrid. I hated this car. Banged my head on door frame three times. Visibility using mirrors is too limited. Trunk space was very small. DO NOT RENT THIS MODEL!
I left my cell phone in the car at return. Working with Enterprise Lost and Found was very frustrating. Next day, Monday, after filling out form on line, I called to follow up. During third call in two hours, I asked to speak to a manager and he said it may take 2 to 3 days for someone to get back to you. WHAT! My daughter called me Monday afternoon and said she called my phone and the employee who answered said he would overnight my phone, which he did. After such frustrating customer service, I WILL NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN!

Our experience was generally good. We were glad that Enterprise CLT had a car to rent during the snowstorm in the northeast because all flights to NY were cancelled.
We did have an issue with a flat tire on the 1st car after driving 10 miles. We returned to Enterprise for another vehicle. This vehicle did good for a couple hundred miles before the tire light came on. We stopped in Hagerstown MD Enterprise to get the tires checked. Supposed they did. We made the 700 mile trip in one piece. Because the rental was round trip, we started back a couple days later and the tire light came on again. I took the car to Mavis Tire and not Enterprise. The tire pressures were crazy. Front Right 86 PSI, Front Left 110 PSI, Rear Right 28 PSI & Rear Left 44 PSI. The recommended tire pressure on drivers door jam is 36 PSI. God was watching over us so we didn't have a blow out and wreck. At return check-in the tech was courteous and offered a discount on our rental. We appreciate that. The lesson from the rental is that we will need to check tire pressures before leaving the rental station.
We would rent again from Enterprise.

Have nothing against Enterprise. Eventually we ended up renting a car with Pineville location which is highly recommended for their customer service! As well as Fort Mill, people who work there are great.
Unfortunately, our experience with Charlotte location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My husband and I spent over two hours, at 6 am waiting to rent a car, only to be told at the end that they could not rent one to us. This was especially frustrating because they could have informed us much earlier instead of wasting so much of our time.
During this process, we were treated with disrespect and accused of behavior that simply did not happen. A staff member claimed that we had been swearing at employees, which is completely untrue. When I asked the manager — a young man who introduced himself as such — to review the security footage, he told me he had done so and confirmed the accusation. However, it was very clear that he had not actually checked the cameras, which made the situation even more upsetting.
The lack of professionalism, honesty, and communication made this experience extremely stressful and disappointing. We expected much better customer service, especially at a major airport location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure respectful treatment of future customers.

I recently had an outstanding rental experience at the Enterprise located at Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. From start to finish, the level of service was truly exceptional.
Malia, Mary, and Jasmine were the epitome of fabulous customer service!
I realized I had forgotten my license at my initial reservation time. Malia assured me my car would still be waiting when I returned, and it was! Mary made my check-in quick and easy, and engaged me in very pleasant conversation. Jasmine guided me to my car, assisting me with my luggage along the way. Upon my request, she offered recommendations on a rental selection.
This trio was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely kind. Every question was answered with confidence and clarity, and the entire process was seamless.
It’s rare to encounter a team that combines competence with warmth so effortlessly, but these three absolutely did. They made what often feels like a routine transaction feel personalized and stress-free.
Enterprise is fortunate to have such a phenomenal team representing their brand. I’ll absolutely be back—and I highly recommend this location based on their stellar service alone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Enterprise at Charlotte Douglas JQ for President
Let me tell y’all something… walking into Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Charlotte Douglas Airport I was mentally prepared to be “Customer #847 with luggage and trust issues.” Instead, I got VIP treatment like I was picking up a presidential motorcade.
First of all, shoutout to my guy JQ. This gentleman didn’t just process paperwork he hosted an experience. He listened, asked what we actually needed, made recommendations like a concierge, and treated us like humans instead of a barcode. That alone deserves applause 👏🏽
Now let’s talk about the vehicle…
The Grand Wagoneer we rented? Oh my Lord. That thing is not an SUV it’s a luxury cruise ship on wheels. Leather so smooth it probably has its own skincare routine. Screens everywhere. Space for days. I’m pretty sure it had more features than my house. At one point I forgot I was renting it and started browsing Zillow thinking I lived there.
Smooth ride. Powerful. Comfortable. It basically whispered, “You’ve made it,” every time I hit the gas.
I went from “just need a rental” to “I might need to go see the dealership next week.” That’s dangerous. Enterprise out here influencing life decisions.
Bottom line:
• Fast service
• No nonsense
• Genuine customer care
• Top-tier vehicle
• JQ = MVP
Charlotte Douglas Enterprise, you did your thing. And JQ? My guy, you turned a routine rental into a five-star experience.
If every airport rental was like this, we’d all be traveling just for fun. 🚘🔥
