  Pre arranging my rental and pickup at Charlotte NC Airport was great. Quick, easy, painless. After an exhausting day I turned in the car to a young woman named Malia. She was professional, friendly, kind and caring. She went the extra distance to make me feel like I'd made the right choice with Enterprise. She is a great asset to your company, and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves.

  Recently rented in Charlotte North Carolina, Airport. The process was super quick. I checked in ahead of time, so was able to go and pick a car from the selected models I chose. Then drove up to the check out place, they verified my ID, scanned the car and away I went. Returning was just as fast. I drove in to the line, they scanned the tag, adjusted the time because I had the wrong time in check out and then gave me a price, and emailed me the receipt. Was all done within 3 minutes or less with return. Week before I rented from Fort Meyers Airport. Just as easy there as it was in North Carolina.

  Zero wait time for the counter and the rep did not try to upsell insurance or upgrades. I paid $80 for a 2 day compact car rental. I rented a brand new (literally only 150 miles) Toyota Corolla without any issues. Didn't receive any surprise charges after returning. Couldn't be happier with my experience and would absolutely rent from enterprise again. The extra $12 compared to other rental car companies saved me headaches and wait time. The other rental car company counters had hour long wait times.

  I was so, so happy with my experience at Enterprise CLT Airport. My experience could not have been easier. Checked in on the mobile app, got off the plane, grabbed my bag, and was across the skybridge to the rental car garage in 2 minutes. Walked up, was helped right away, had my choice of cars, and was on the highway to my destination within 10 minutes. The return was equally fast and easy; drove up, dropped off, 2 mins later had a receipt in my email; and less than 5 mins later was in line at TSA. Very nice logistics, Enterprise and CLT airport! I really don't know how you take any marginal time out of this process! Impressive!

  I had the car for 1 day and did not damage the car in any way. I had to call and tell them to check the cameras because the front bumper logo was already missing, and they sent me the bill anyway. I called again and told them to send me documentation of the complete investigation and they said we will investigate and call you back. So they took a picture of every little thing and bumper damage that was already there before I rented the car and sent me a bill over $2000 before they even investigated or gave me a chance to clarify anything with me including asking if I had pictures.
