  A policy of theirs involving the need of a physical card to pay at the counter made the initial feel of the experience rather poor. The manager i spoke with at first seemed to not care about how that inconveniences customers and was only worried about their bottom line and protecting themselves from fraud. Then i ran into a gentleman named Cooper who was very friendly, helpful, and understanding of my situation. Thanks to him i was taken care of very well, offered a complimentary upgrade, and felt much better about the overall experience. He single handedly saved the day and represented the company in the best possible light. Another thing i was happy about was that there was no hidden fees after returning the car. They told be it would be X price and it when i returned it the recepit said X price. Thanks Cooper for going above and beyond to make my rental experience a pleasant one.

  Logan helped me quickly and professionally. Return was a breeze and when returning the vehicle, slight (previously unnoticed) vehicle damage from past renters was identified. However, a quick conversation with the employees cleared everything up and I was on my way. Best Enterprise experience I’ve ever had!

  Very simple and efficient pick up and drop off process. I checked in online, walked straight out to the parking garage and within 2 minutes we were in our vehicle ready to go. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The return process was just as easy. Drove straight into the parking garage and just had to pull up in line and that was it. The vehicle was in great shape too. Overall, a very pleasant experience with Enterprise.

  Enterprise is great, even if some of the cars they license aren’t. I will never drive a Ford Escape again. The doors automatically lock upon the driver’s door closure, which is bad news if you leave the key fob inside. I did but Enterprise had Columbia, SC AAA out immediately to open the door; thanks Enrique of Enterprise and Bianca (dispatcher) and Cal (driver) for their fast and friendly response to my embarrassing situation! And Jamal, the receiving agent at Enterprise in Charlotte helped me check out quickly; thanks to him. Please make sure these folks are acknowledged.

  I am writing to formally share my experience at the Charlotte North Carolina airport. I have been a long time and loyal customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for both business and personal travel, and until now my experiences have consistently been positive. Unfortunately, on December 24 2025 after arriving from Miami, I encountered an employee named Austin who identified himself as a manager. I fully understand that this is a peak travel period and that vehicle availability can be limited. That said, high demand does not excuse rude, dismissive, or unprofessional behavior. Austin was extremely rude, arrogant, and unwilling to help in any reasonable way. I politely explained that the SUV assigned to us did not accommodate our luggage, especially while traveling with my wife and two children, and I simply asked if any alternative options were available. His response was cold, condescending, and dismissive. There was no effort to assist, explain options, or show even basic customer courtesy. This interaction was shocking, especially from someone claiming to be in a management role. Customer facing leadership should de-escalate situations, not create them. Austin’s attitude reflected poorly on Enterprise and is not the level of service I have come to expect as a loyal customer. I sincerely hope Enterprise addresses this issue seriously, whether through retraining, customer service coaching, or corrective action. Employees like this drive customers away, regardless of how strong a brand may be. I remained respectful and calm throughout the interaction, and I hope that professionalism is eventually met with the same in return. I trust Enterprise will take the necessary steps to ensure that future customers do not experience the same level of disrespect.
