  I had a genuinely great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. From check-in to vehicle return, everything was clearly explained and handled quickly, which I really appreciated. The overall experience was incredibly easy and well organized. Pickup and drop-off were straightforward, and there was no confusion or unnecessary waiting at any point. One thing that stood out in particular was how seamless the Uber pickup and drop-off experience was—drivers were able to find the location immediately without any issues, which made transitions to and from the rental effortless. Overall, this was an all-around solid experience. Great staff, clear communication, and an easy, reliable process made this one of the smoother car rental experiences I’ve had. I would absolutely use Enterprise again and recommend this location to others.

  I rent from this Enterprise location (University, Charlotte, NC) on a consistent base. I've always been able to get in & out with no problems. I appreciate the customer service each and every time I've rented.

  Been renting cars from enterprise and it’s always been a hassle a lot of miscommunication and disappointments but at this branch, I’m gladly to say it was the best experience ever. We came in to pick up a Vehicle through insurance, and MR.TYLER was an amazing help, knowledgeable and beyond. He made sure we get a serviced clean vehicle with the specifications we needed despite the crowd and rush days of the holiday.

  After a being a long time customer, this was by far a less than enjoyable experience at this particular location. I didn’t catch the name of the person that assisted me, young man, beard, curly ponytail. I was called a day before and told they may not have the type of car I was requesting. Which was a luxury style. They tried to put me in a Nissan versa, which I would’ve been okay with, had the price gone down to a none luxury price. The young man decided it would not be possible, since I was about 60 minutes behind my pick up time, out of 3 day rental. I ended up canceling the entire booking. Will not be back to this location and highly suggest he is removed from the front or trained properly. Best of luck to anyone that goes here, you’ll need it.

  Gave this location an opportunity to rectify situation before leaving this review - Vehicle paid for is disgusting on the inside & not taken care of or properly cleaned. Beware of the level of quality you will be paying for. I’d recommend going with another location or company entirely. Following picking up the vehicle, I quickly returned upon looking around in the inside. The first 4 photos are prior to return & asking the vehicle to be cleaned or provided with a vehicle that was actually clean. The vehicle was “ran through cleaning” again. The photos following that are attached along with a VERY strong chemical cleaner smell. As seen by the photos to follow, there was no true improvement of the overall quality of the inside of the vehicle. Will not be using this location again & will be informing my corporate account not to as well. Again, I did try to have this rectified prior to posting this review by asking for the vehicle be cleaned or a different vehicle provided. Photos show something not properly cleaned from a spill in the passenger seat, animal hair throughout vehicle &door jam, general dirtiness on surfaces, not vacuumed.
