From their deep knowledge of BMWs to how friendly everyone is, you can tell right away they know what they’re talking about and actually care about what they’re doing. They installed my aftermarket performance parts on my 335i and even caught other issues that needed to be addressed before safely adding more power. Their online system is next-level for an auto shop! I got a full multipoint inspection through their website and could easily check off what I wanted done now versus later, and it actually saves everything for the future. Stuart was a huge help the whole way through, keeping me updated with messages, explaining any concerns, and even helping me plan out some big future mods for my 335i. Overall, they’ve been an absolute pleasure to bring my car to, and I genuinely trust them with it.
