Not only was he patient, professional, and knowledgeable, but he even came all the way to Rock Hill to make sure I was taken care of. Angelo didn’t just tell me what I needed—he took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and ensure my car was properly handled. What could have been a stressful situation turned into a smooth and manageable experience because of his dedication and willingness to help. Customer service like this is rare. I’m incredibly grateful for Angelo and the extra effort he put in to make sure everything was right. If you visit AutoZone, I highly recommend asking for him—you won’t be disappointed!

I initially called to check parts availability; someone answered and said they would transfer me, but no one ever picked up after waiting nearly 10 minutes. I then drove to the store and provided the correct part numbers. We were given the wrong rotors, which we caught immediately. They brought out a second set, and attempted to upsell grease we clearly declined, yet the cashier still charged us for it, requiring another trip inside to process a return. After taking the rotors home, we discovered they were still incorrect. Despite providing the correct part number twice, we were given the wrong parts twice. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor communication, repeated errors, and unnecessary upselling. I would not recommend this AutoZone.
