They are very helpful and when I need my headlight bulbs replaced They were willing to help set it up for me without charging me anything... I called a mechanic they said it was worth $50 bro! 🤦🏿♂️... I forgot the guy's name That helped me in my apologies to him if he sees this. But I hope they can give him a raise or something In this economy, nobody has $50 to screw on a bulb for the headlights I really appreciate the compassion and professionalism.
- DVDiane Vargas6 days ago1.0I went to this autozone because it is close to my Job. Never again will I go to this one. The manager was rude from the beginning. I needed my car battery changed. The manager goes outside and states my car needs a "special tool" to change the battery. Then states my battery has a warranty (which I knew it did not) suggesting I get it changed at the dealership. He just didn't want to change the battery. I went to the autozone in Lake Wylie and they helped me and I was out in less than 15 min.

I figured it was the battery and I walked over to Auto Zone to see if they could do anything to help. These two managers went above and beyond and they both tried to jump start my car and charge my battery, and the car would not budge. I bought a new battery from them, changed it out, and my car still would not turn on. Though it wasn’t something they typically do, they tried so hard to help me problem solve the issue with my car and obtain outside help. I truly, truly appreciate their help. THANK YOU! After I had my car towed to my dealership it was found to be the starter and all is fixed. I will be shopping at this store always for any small car needs. I appreciate people who care about their customers. 😊
