  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Kelly. He went out of his way to help me change my car battery and made the whole process really easy. He was patient, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s not every day you come across someone willing to take the time to help like that. Really appreciate the support, Kelly. Great customer service!

  Absolutely great service, friendly and patient workers, they don't follow you around the store like your going to steal or something like that, just cool and down to earth people to help you get your parts you needed

  I just left from PINEVILLE location. And for starters the guy was RUDE THERE AND ON HIS PHONE. I have a warranty for brake pads on my email. And it wasn’t popping up in the system. But I had the email with the receipt. I got the run around there. Came to SOUTH BLVD location and MISS TASHA . Was so helpful , NICE AND RESPECTFUL, AND PATIENT she scanned the receipt on my email ( something the guy could have done but didn’t at Pineville location ) and pulled my brake pads up and gave them to me and the process was a breeze !!!! THANK U MISS TASHA. FROM SOUTH BLVD LOCATION , customers DONT GO TO PINEVILLE. they rather sit on the phone and be rude and say “ they have to wait for the manager “ when the warranty was clearly on the receipt !!! GO TO SOUTH BLVD CUSTOMERS. AND ASK FOR TASHA.
