  Went in to have my battery checked bc car wouldn’t start & sure enough it needed replacing. I was able to purchase a new one & the nicest gentleman named Darrell (sp?) who is an army veteran installed it for me quickly & efficiently.

  The only positive thing I can say about this store is that it’s conveniently located. Several times I’ve called ahead specifically to avoid wasting time, Then I show up—often within minutes—only to be told something completely different. No explanation, no effort to double-check, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a total disregard for customers’ time. They’ve even given me a hard time on needing a receipt for bringing back a broken AutoZone wrench - meanwhile, the same exact part on the shelf clearly says lifetime warranty.

  I came in to buy parts and tools for a spark plug change and the Sales associate, Syniah was amazing with making sure I had everything I needed. She was very friendly and reassuring. She said, "We're in this together", and that made me feel real good about getting the job done.

  Ms Beatrice was one of the best AutoZone employees I ever came across she was very helpful and really helped me get a part that 2 other auto zones couldn’t help me get at all and she does her job very well only AutoZone I recommend in the area
