Several times I’ve called ahead specifically to avoid wasting time, Then I show up—often within minutes—only to be told something completely different. No explanation, no effort to double-check, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a total disregard for customers’ time. They’ve even given me a hard time on needing a receipt for bringing back a broken AutoZone wrench - meanwhile, the same exact part on the shelf clearly says lifetime warranty.
