    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Accidentally bought a chagr box instead of a jump box. Went outside to use it across the street and came back. The second I walked into the store I was told by the store manager all sales are final and I cant return anything. Whole argument over a straight lie. My friends work at autozone I know for a fact they do returns. Also if that is the case maybe she can tell her employees to maybe I dont know inform the customer of that small detail ? Just an absolutely rude nasty manager at that store and definitely needs to be fired.

    This is the 3rd time i’ve gotten an incorrect part from an employee after giving them the VIN to my car. I then called the south blvd location at 11:13 and told them i’m coming from far but be there before 12 to swap out the incorrect part and they watched from the inside of the building, i was unable to take my 1.5year old to the doctor that morning.

    POS store and manager. Bought a part for $230 to fix my transmission that was acting up and part didn’t even work. I went to the dealership to get the part from there and it automatically worked. Tried coming to get my refund since the part was defect and the manager would not give me my money back that I spent on a defect part.

    This place was low on the scale of other AutoZone stores. The line was very long as well as the wait time. The manager seemed to be the only one working and the other employee (H), was doing all he could to not work. I needed to pickup a part from an online order and H went to get the part. It took him almost 30 minutes to return with it on a cart. I asked him to assist me with getting it in my trunk and he said no. He was very nonchalant and careless attitude with hi customer service. I will not be returning.
