  Went to autozone today at 5:20pm for a battery replacement. The assistant manager Towanna told me that she had no employee available to replace a battery on my Jeep. I asked her if they had any tools I could use to change the battery especially since I am a former employee at that location. Towanna gave me a tiny box with tiny parts and pliers telling me that they don't have any tools to use for any battery replacement . I had to buy the tools and change the battery myself. At 6:24pm, another customer arrived in a Toyota Tacoma requesting a battery replacement. She told the customer that they will be able to help and sent an employee to change that person's battery with tools to complete the job. Me and my wife watched how messed up it was. I am very disgusted with the service I received. I will never return to that location ever again because thats not right! Do not go to that location!

  I had an issue with an online order placed for pickup. Called the store and Ms. V got me squared away even after customer service couldn’t. Saved me from making a trip back to the store. Customer service was also excellent!!

  I walked into your store on Wednesday evening, trying to exchange a pair of brake pads that was purchased at one of your Morehead locations that were wrong. I had a lady named Ms Kia wait on me and she went over and above her Call of Duty®. This lady made me feel like I was the only one in the store to make sure that she got me my right part and to do the The Exchange for me to wear I don’t have to wait for a refund and re-purchase the correct pads. I just hope the right person reads this and I hope to see her advance in AutoZone. Maybe even become a regional. Most people leave reviews with a complaint especially at a retail location but I wanted to give this lady 10 stars but I can only give her five and Miss Kia if you read this, I’m the guy that was from Florida that you helped out on Wednesday night and I really do appreciate people like you.
