They just made me an Advanced Auto customer for life. Wish I could give them zero stars. The "customer service/appreciation rep" was the one who refused to help me and got snippy with me when I got frustrated that this was the third auto zone that I'd been to and had received three different stories or results. Two of the stores didn't even have basic parts like an air filter.

We came here for a simple check engine light and received the most awful customer service. All employees were rude and had horrible attitudes and it was only 9am in the morning!! We drove to Advance Auto Parts and they were amazing, so genuine and helpful and gave us great affordable solutions.
