  The associates here are rude. They NOT HELPFUL. and they rather sit on they phone and text than do their job and help a customer with their warranty. You can tell they hate the job here. Just tacky incompetent and rude.i have a warranty on brake pads. Told the guy my number wouldn’t pop up in the system but i have the receipt in my email on my phone. He didn’t even look at my phone. He asked for my number ( which i already told him it wouldn’t pop up ) just for him to say “ he gotta wait for his manager to come because they go off what he say & he’s never been in a predicament like this “ so u mean to tell me. U couldn’t scan my receipt THEN it’ll pop up in the system ? U mean to tell me u are not properly trained to help a customer. I had to go to south blvd where I DIDNT get the brakes from to get my brake pads. He didn’t even attempt to help further. He rather sit on his phone and text. If this is what customer service is. This place need to hire a complete full staff.

  The lady who helped me was so nice, patience, and kind. She helped me with the OBD2 scanner. Great service!!!! 🙏🤗

  John & Mr. Harris were both really kind and helped me with parts for my car. They were knowledgeable and were able to help me quickly. They were a great help.

  Maybe they were having a bad day but as the ONLY customer in the store, in immediate need of a wiper blade before the storm, at ruch hour, I should think they could've been much more helpful. I was ignored by the guy at the counter, scrolling away on his phone... I stood there for a minute before I decided he was completely ignoring me, then walked over to the guy on the floor who was friendly but not very knowledgeable. You would've thought I was asking for a foreign part. I appreciate his efforts to at least try to help me but directing me to the aisle that I could find it in isn't really helpful. I kept asking him to look it up (I even brought in my blade). He ended up looking it up and coming with me, but couldn't recommend the right blade (it matters). All the while, the other guy likely could have helped us figure that out. And he would not install it. In conclusion, I felt that the guy behind the counter who probably knew more, was racist (I'm white), misogynistic, and flat out rude with his dead eye and his cell phone. I even said "I should have brought my husband." I left without a blade. I am certain that if I was a man or had one with me I wouldn't have been mistreated. NEVER go back there, and ever so much prefer the professional service and kind treatment I get from O'Reilly's. Owner, please talk with the man behind the counter last night. Thursday, January 29th.
