I asked the guy up front for a simple pH balance car wash recommendation for my new car and you would’ve thought I was asking them to do my taxes, oblivious, almost scared. Employ competent people. I suggest just ordering from a wholesaler online. This store couldn’t fill a McDonald order.

So the oil + filter deal wasnt working due to the filter being out of stock. I ask if he can get me the cheaper STP filter instead, just discount it to the deal price. He said " it doesnt work like that, its not allowed, even though its a cheaper filter than what comes with the deal. I left the oil on the counter. Tighten up, Autozone!
