- YYyasmínFeb 27, 20261.0bad customer service especially from John, I WAS CALLED earlier regarding a battery pickup. I was told by Charles that I could pick up my battery today and that he would let John know I would be coming. I sent my mother there and you can just hear John with his nasty attitude over the phone. John who I'm guessing isn't even the manager decided that whatever he knows was correct, next time just to go ask the manager what was going on. please if you don't want to work customer service than don't!

- DWDavid WahlenSep 19, 20255.0Huge shoutout to Kelly! An outstanding legend at autozone. My car wouldn’t start because of a dead battery, and I had no way to get there. Kelly actually pulled up to my house ( three minutes away), gave me a jumpstart, and made sure I could get to the store. He then installed my new battery and made sure everything was running perfectly. Whole situation was dealt within an hour. Haven’t had a single issue since. Outstanding service, above and beyond!
