That’s before asking anything about my business or shop. Never asked if I had another account or shop. I decided to go somewhere else as her attitude wasn’t as she was informing but as she was judging. Unfortunately she never asked about the shop I’ve had opened for 13 years and spend over $10k a week. Successful shops have good customers service and those good shops tend to want to do business with like minded businesses! Bad looks for AutoZone.
