I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and didn’t leave until 4:30 p.m. — that’s ridiculous. The service is painfully slow, and even though I also needed brakes, they told me to wait and never got to it. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.
- MMMillerCoors704Sep 6, 20251.0Run away, don’t walk from this place. No exaggerations, it took 11 weeks, 39 phone calls, and 6 site visits for an engine head replacement. I was genuinely lied to multiple times, given time estimates they had zero intention of honoring, put on hold for hours in total, and gaslighted for 2.5 months. The entire staff is unreliable, unreachable, and unaccountable. From ownership down. The car immediately worked upon return of vehicle, but was filthy inside and out. My second trip I took had the car in limp mode, stranded on the side of the highway with multiple faults, cameras not hooked back up, and god knows what else is wrong. I finally took the vehicle to actual professionals and are awaiting diagnosis from their obvious mistakes. You’d be better off learning how to fix it yourself on YouTube. I also found out the 2.5 month service they repaired was covered under extended warranty by the manufacturer. I would have had the car back in a week and repaired by the dealership for free had I not used this place. Intelligence, customer service, and human decency are devoid of this facility. Don’t waste your time, even if they would do the work for free, it won’t be done right and it won’t be ready anytime close to when they say it will. Any other reviews on here are lies.
