  Absolutely excellent service. I arrived a half day late because of a flight delay and they still honored the reservation, which I didn't even have to pay for upfront with their free membership. And somehow at the end the price was $20 less than what I thought I was gonna be charged. And somehow got a free upgrade too. Honored my CDW from credit card, agent didn't even look at the paperwork lol. Maybe I was just really lucky but yeah it was a great experience for me. Lowest prices I found for the best service somehow! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could.

  I rented a full-size vehicle at Charlotte-Douglas Airport and had a great experience. They had several vehicles to choose from, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The return process was seamless, which made everything super easy. We rented a Kia K5, and the car drove really well and was very clean. I would definitely use Alamo again for future rentals.

  Everything with the actual Alamo Rental Process was Excellent! The staff was friendly and professional and very helpful. I was a on my way in no time. The reason for not giving 5 stars was the signage at Charlotte NC Airport was horrible! I wandered around the floor above the actual Alamo rental car facility trying to find someone to direct me. I finally found an employee of another company to help me. HORRIBLE!

  This woman was extremely rude. I asked about renting a car, and she immediately displayed a negative attitude and lacked basic customer service. However, she went out of her way to assist the customer in front of me who didn’t even have a reservation by calling a supervisor to see if she could release the last available vehicle to them. When I pointed out that I wasn’t given the same courtesy, she responded by saying that if they weren’t going to pay the price, then I wouldn’t be able to either. At that point, the issue wasn’t about money it was about simply securing a vehicle. She also mentioned that she only had 30 minutes left in her shift, which seemed like an excuse for the lack of professionalism and hospitality.

  Had an misunderstanding about the reservation that was made flight was delayed and I was frustrated At the time when I should’ve taken a deep breath and took my time not knowing the car that was reserved was a mistake on my family members behalf and all the while I was getting 5 star service to accommodate my trip thanks for your understanding and enlightenment we are all human and make mistakes but i deeply apologize for the leaving the first review under those circumstances Alamo took care of me 100% with the best customer service I will definitely recommend this CLT branch and all surrounding areas thanks for your genuine service and support
