My mom lives Wilkinson Blvd area and we drove to this location store because we had good customer service experience before I hope store manager and district manager give them kudos.

They put the phone down and was doing other things. I could hear them in the background not caring. Don’t go to this location. Their customer service is 0/5. UNACCEPTABLE

They sold me an item they promised would work. Get to the dead truck to find out it was a dual battery charger for a shop. Another time I came shortly before opening. Waited at the door until after 7:30. A newer employee came by shortly after to also be let down that no one has opened the store. Their inventory is always off. I asked if that’s how they greet their customers his response was yes. I knew at the point with the poor posture, poor customer service and no disrespect the foul body odor that I wasn’t going to have a good experience and that is exactly the case I left and went across the street to Meineke and got everything.
