    The store has poor management and poor customer service! Malcom or Adam should be running the store! Not Christina! Don’t apply here… you’ll have a better experience at another store!

    Service Was trash , They was supposed to order a part. Said it was going to be here by 11am. 11am comes and they said it’s not here and it will be here by 2pm. I stop by at 5:20ish and they said they don’t have it. They never even ordered the part i needed. I tried calling to have them order the part and they ignored me. They put the phone down and was doing other things. I could hear them in the background not caring. Don’t go to this location. Their customer service is 0/5. UNACCEPTABLE

    Several bad experiences here. One time I came in for a jump box. I specifically mentioned I had a truck dead on the side of the road. They sold me an item they promised would work. Get to the dead truck to find out it was a dual battery charger for a shop. Another time I came shortly before opening. Waited at the door until after 7:30. A newer employee came by shortly after to also be let down that no one has opened the store. Their inventory is always off. Take 15 seconds and go around the corner to O'Reilly's

    Walked in no one greeted me. No one was in line ! 3 people huddled at the first register. Nelson on the end leaning on the table proceeds to greet me with a head nod. I asked if that’s how they greet their customers his response was yes. I knew at the point with the poor posture, poor customer service and no disrespect the foul body odor that I wasn’t going to have a good experience and that is exactly the case I left and went across the street to Meineke and got everything. Please address the customer service

    I had the most incredible experience at Advance Auto Parts today, and I truly left feeling emotional—in the best way possible. I came in needing help with my battery and had two of my special needs students with me. From the moment we walked in, Angela, Malcolm, and Christina went above and beyond—not just with their knowledge and service, but with genuine care and kindness. They made sure I had the right battery and took the time to explain everything clearly, but what really touched me was how understanding and accommodating they were with the kids. They were patient, warm, and treated us with so much respect and humanity. In a world where that’s not always guaranteed, this kindness meant everything. To Angela, Malcolm, and Christina—thank you. You didn’t just do your jobs today, you made someone’s day a whole lot brighter. I’m forever grateful for the compassion you showed.
