    Beware of the one or 2 bad reviews for this store. I am a frequent customer and Know this store is full of people, especially David who go above and beyond for each customer that walks in there. That last lady called entitled and angry because she lacked the ability to know what kind of brakes she should have gotten and blamed it on the crew there and then expected them to give her a handout that was not a part of their well defined warranty and return policy. Sometimes people just think they deserve things they don't and when those karens get mad they leave bad reviews instead of taking accountability for their own bad behavior and ignorance

    Beware of David (the manager) the manager at the Mt-Holly Huntersville was very unprofessional. This store sold me brake pads w/sensor which I was told my BMW will need. When my mechanic took the brake off found that the sensor does not fit my SUV. He called the store by his shop and was told that the item# that I have the Advanced does not carry and I would have to order off line or go to BMW. I called and talk to David just to let him know what the mechanic said and what the other location said about the sensor. He proceeds to raise his voice and tell me that my mechanic who specializes in imports doesn't know what he's talking about. My mechanic also showed me where the new sensor had a different prong than the old sensor. I told him that if I would have known that the sensor would not fit I would have bought the cheaper brakes. I also told him that instead of his store telling customers that the sensor is a fit to let the customer know that the sensor may not fit or stop don't sale it for the X3. He then proceeded to hang up on me. The anger he displayed about an error that he made is unthinkable and to tell me that my mechanic is wrong even after my mechanic showed me why it wouldn't fit is diabolical. I would like a call back from the GM or corporate regarding David's behavior. Going forward I will take my business elsewhere. Truly Marie B
