    Big shoutout to Marvin and Charlie, they went above and beyond to help me out! After finding out that Tyleek, the manager, had installed the wrong battery in my car, Charlie even changed the battery in the rain to make things right. Both Marvin and Charlie handled the situation professionally and made sure I was taken care of, even though the mistake wasn’t theirs. When I first went to another Advance Auto(Rocky River Rd) I was told I’d have to go back to the original store to fix their mistake, that was really inconvenient and could’ve led to me getting hurt with the wrong battery installed. Also, the battery testing equipment definitely needs updating because the wrong battery was dead, yet the tester showed it as “good.” Still, huge thanks to Marvin and Charlie for their excellent customer service and for turning a bad experience into a positive one. They truly deserve recognition!

    Marvin just saved me $100*! I came to do a diagnostic recently and not only did he do that service for me, he gave me VALUABLE insight, picked out the right products I needed for my car and I was able to fix my issue immediately. And he saved me soooo much money in the process. Thank you SO much Marvin for your professionalism and knowledge. Love this location!

    Today I had the most unpleasant experience I have ever had anywhere else, today Sunday September 7 2025 at 9:00 am, I was looking for a part I needed, and the two people who were there were angry and were claiming that I had 12 days working without days off, one of them told me that he could not serve me because I had not entered the work clock but I did not know if he was expressing himself or he was challenging me, he had an angry and uncomfortable attitude, the attitude that those people had is not what a person who is providing customer service should have, what an unpleasant experience, challenging attitudes, and if you look at your cameras you will realize that I spoke to him very politely.
