    I'm going to start off by say im not a mechanic. So today I had to go get a oil gasket. Guy gave me the wrong one. Called them back, they told me to bring it back. Went back ( remind you im no mechanic). Parts still brand new and receipt in my hand. Tried to exchange they item. They told me I cant do it because it's a gasket. If I have a receipt I should be able to change it, specially if the person gave me the wrong part. Now the lady talking about oh the sales person is new. That crap ain't my fault, now I got a $26 gasket that I cant use. This location is garbage i hope yall close down soon. Ripping people of.

    Do not come here if you want to get a bad attitude from the manager Tarah. I came to get some spark plugs and I happened to have my children with me because I am here by myself. Firstly I ask one of the cashiers ,who I'm assuming is a store driver, if I can borrow tools and if I had to pay a deposit it would be fine. He asks her and she says no we don't allow people to borrow tools and I have been to plenty of locations to borrow tools but I said okay whatever I'll just get the spark plugs. I'm getting ready to pay for the spark plugs and I guess at the same time my kids were getting ready to run in the back where the tools were and she's yelling at them and at me to get my kids and saying they're a liability and other things. I understand they don't need to be touching anything because they may break something but what you're not going to do is scream at my kids and yell at me to leave them in the car if they're going to be acting up. The store driver was very respectful and very helpful but the store manager Tarah needs to have her attitude checked.

    come here if you want to waste your time & money. 1st time we came here we bought a Diehard tool but it wasnt what we needed so we brought it back with the original receipt & packaging. And the lady at the desk WHO SOLD IT TO US the SAME DAY (like literally 2 hours before we came to return it) said we cant return it because the tool didnt have the "diehard" logo on it. Which was super unlucky because the other tools had the logo on it and for some reason ours didnt. But she was literally the same employee who saw us buy it. 2nd time we came here we were trying to pick up a part and the employee was saying we need an ID to pick up the part and I didnt have my ID on me. Which I understand is company policy but no other advanced follows it. If you have the app you can show you ordered it. No one is hacking your account and then picking up a part. And this isnt Alcohol. Showing an ID seems useless so most employees dont care but this one was really stuck up about it. On top of this everytime we came here we always had to wait a long time & employees dont seem like they want to help. Never had issues at any other advance or autozonebut this one constantly gives us issues. We wont be returning. we're much better off going to the advanced on South Blvd even tho its a further drive.

    Had Tarah help me with a battery replacement today. Absolute sweetheart, great customer service. Got my wife’s battery tested and replaced super quick even did it with a full set of nails.
