- LRlatoyia robertsOct 7, 20251.0I pulled up to get assistance locating a fuse box. A woman approached us and went back inside to say someone will be out to assist. After waiting like 15 minutes, nobody returned. I popped my hood to locate the fuse box myself and located the fuse that may have needed replaced. After, I went back inside to see if I could get assistance removing the fuse in question as I didn’t have any tools to remove it. Some overweight guy came out and glance at the fuse box and went back inside saying he’d look to see if he had anything to remove it. After about 10 minutes he said he didn’t have anything???? This is advance auto parts so ai have a hard time believing there is absolutely NOTHING that could have assisted me with my request. They are LAZY and do not want to help at all. I will never return. Mind you we were two women and I’m pregnant. This was subpar service to put it lightly. This place deserve negative stars.
