  I had a really frustrating experience at this AutoZone. I came in asking for lens tape to temporarily repair a cracked tail light. The employee handed me regular packaging tape instead. When I came back to ask about it, another employee was very condescending and insisted they didn’t carry lens tape. Meanwhile, it was literally on the shelf — it’s a standard item most auto parts stores sell. Instead of helping, he acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about when the issue was simply that he didn’t know the product. I’m not expecting perfection, but basic product knowledge and respectful customer service should be a given. Very disappointing experience.

  The manager at this store, John White, is useless! I have a commercial account with AutoZone, and I went to return a part but he told me he couldn’t take it back. He laughed in my face and basically kicked me out of the store. I will never come back to this place in my life thanks to that horrible person. 125 Brookside Ln Charlotte, NC 28262 Estados Unidos.

  Terrible service. Do not come here if you’re a female. They refuse to help. The man/woman not sure what laughed in our faces when we tried to describe the problem so they could help us purchase what the correct solution was. The person refused to help us check the oil dipstick since we were uninformed and the person laughed in our faces and said they’re not a mechanic shop. The customers here were beyond nice everyone offering to help. When we finally figured out how to do the oil with help of no employee the person went outside and checked another customers oil levels. Moral of the story. Don’t come here. Customers were beyond helpful

  I’ve made multiple trips to this AutoZone. Each time it was extremely busy however, every person that work behind the counter was pleasant patient and very helpful. John, which is the overall manager that was there the past few days is very patient and knowledgeable with all of the Products commercial as well as DYI. He was very helpful with me finding the parts that I needed. Jackie also which worked commercial was extremely helpful and if she did not know the answer, she always asked another coworker to assist with the end results being that everything that I went there for was accomplished. I really appreciate John and Jackie for their patience and knowledge of their products
