  Went to the autozone on freedom Dr for a battery and for them to put it in and the guy looked at it and told me he couldn’t do it since it’s a Chevy Malibu, but for me to go 20 minutes to this location because it’s the “hub” and they would “for sure” be able to do it, only for me to get here and there’s only 2 people working (for this to be the biggest location in clt as the other autozone said, having only 2 people is crazy) and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to put it in since it was only 2 of them in the store. Then proceeded to add the cherry on top and say they wouldn’t have been able to do it anyway again because of the car I have. I just feel like that’s something that they should be trained on if it’s a service they offer. And my time is wasted because why would you tell me to come here if there is no one capable of doing this service.

  I normally don’t leave reviews, but I thought this store should get some praise that they very much deserve. Ashley and Blend helped me out with amazing customer service after my battery was giving me issues after a 12h night shift. They fixed my problem in a timely manner with friendly service that helped brighten my otherwise crappy morning. Shoutout to them!!! <3

  Very very helpful staff I was having issues with my battery and they checked it for me then gave me a jump start when the car wouldn't start back. I believe William C was the name of the guy who helped me he was great very helpful. Very nice staff 10/10

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Kelly. He went out of his way to help me change my car battery and made the whole process really easy. He was patient, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s not every day you come across someone willing to take the time to help like that. Really appreciate the support, Kelly. Great customer service!
