  My experience at this place has been frustrating. On multiple occasions, the staff have shown a clear lack of training: I’ve had to tell them how to do their job, like entering my Tax Exempt—something they should already know. Additionally, the overall attitude feels uninterested. I understand tough days happen, but in customer service, professionalism and proper treatment are expected. If there’s no improvement in staff attitude and training, they will continue to lose customers. A business cannot thrive when incompetence is the norm. And perhaps the mistake is mine for continuing to visit this place, expecting a change that never comes.

  Went in to purchase a part. Tim, who’s supposed to be the district manager, so he claims, is racist. He was so unhelpful and rude. I’ve never been treated like that a day in my life. He did everything but call me a racial slur out loud. Luckily I was able to get what I needed cheaper at Advanced Auto. Do not go here or anywhere in the area. If he truly is a district manger, I feel sorry for his employees at all locations. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate. The lack of customer service and common human decency is honestly concerning.

  T T is lazy. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there. There was people asking her for where things was and she was just yelling across the store. If you work there and you know where it is show them where it is. Bit when it comes to a chance to go outside, she would leave her colleague to deal with the line.

  I bought a used car and went there to get the battery tested. AutoZone offers this service free of charge. A sales associate, Tony Cherry also suggested a diagnostic check, again free of charge. He offered me a printout of the diagnostic, which assured me that everything was in great working condition. This was the inner calm that I needed to be sure that I made the right choice. Mr Terry was fast and efficient and courteous. I received excellent service at this facility. As a consumer you always want to make sure that you've made the right decision when purchasing a car. I would visit this facility again. Thank you Mr. Cherry
