  Left a truck there for 3 days. No communication had to keep calling for status. They did no repairs or oil change . Said they couldn't find the issue that we were complaining about. 3 days later had to tow it in to Parks Chevrolet. They found several issues cost over $1600 for repairs.

  A very nice new location with a great home like feeling if you have to wait, also noticed a big staff change with more professional and knowledgeable mechanic's.

  One of our regular customer broke down in North Carolina due to an unforseen circumstance , this last weekend, customer was in a panic , we contacted numerous shops that could not help him, When we called Automotive triage they were friendly and very understanding out our customer situation. Worked with us on getting parts and knocking the job out in a timely fashion. Price was very reasonible , We highly recommed Automotive triage to anyone in the concord area.   I’ve been coming here for years, but ever since the mechanic Chris left, this place has gone downhill. I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and didn’t leave until 4:30 p.m. — that’s ridiculous. The service is painfully slow, and even though I also needed brakes, they told me to wait and never got to it. Very disappointed. I won’t be coming back.
