Excellent with manage how to change the oil and filter of an Audi 5. Not every one can do that without breaking the drain by using a siphon. Great service, too.

Very good experience with this Jiffy Lube. Had an issue after I had my oil changed and the manager Austin repaired the problem and had me on my way in no time. Angel another representative also went above and beyond to help this customer feel that I was welcomed to return. Great job guys!

Had to go twice within the span of just over a month. Tried this location before driving on a long distance trip based on a friend's recommendation for quick and complete service. They could not do the wiper replacement I needed, so I had to do it myself later. They changed the oil and filter and did a bunch of other things that needed doing. I paid, I left. I was mostly okay with the service, though I felt bombarded with "you need to do this too" conversations, especially since my car is only a few years old and in good condition. Then, two days after my visit, while driving across the country, my change oil notification started going off. I figured they just forgot to fix that notification, but I also wasn't sure. All the updates I kept getting on my car's needs that WEREN'T the oil were things I did NOT come in for. Did they forget to change the oil while they focused on all these other ways to get my money? When we got to our destination I filled out the how did we do form and stated my uncertainty of the service. Got an email telling me that changing the notifications for my type of car was complicated and I was told that the oil had been changed and the complication of the notification reset was why I was getting the change oil notification. A month later the change filter notification started coming on. These notifications flashing constantly and always having to be turned off when I start the car were so annoying I brought the car in to have them turned off. I was made to wait for a long time before anyone came to ask me what I needed. When that did happen I got an explanation of the oil changing process, was asked when I had last changed the oil (just over a month prior) and then got a round about explanation of why the thing would be going off. I never actually got to explain that I just wanted it shut off, so I actually left out the fact that I knew the filter had been changed at the same time the oil was and just let the work of checking the car get done. All I had to do for the oil change notification was get out of the car and let them push a few buttons on the steering wheel and the notifications were gone. That does not seem very complicated or difficult to me, which is what I was told in the email. They did check the filter and showed me that it was clean and I then said yes, because I'd had it replaced when I had the oil changed. I then got an explanation of when to get things changed and replaced next time, which I also didn't need since I obviously knew when to get it done this time. I have a newer car, so it is obvious that this is the car's first filter change based on mileage. (If you know anything about average time to change the filter.) I don't know if I will try other locations, but I don't believe I will be coming back to this location, even though I was offered some sort of compensation by email for all my uncertainties for the first visit. I take good care of my car and I want to take it somewhere that I won't have to wonder if a notification has popped up because either someone didn't complete a job, or they didn't get the item set in place properly, or they didn't bother to reset the notifications. That feels like playing games of chance with my vehicle and it is a complete waste of my time to keep coming back to have things checked.

I went on a whim to Jiffy Lube on Fordham in Chapel Hill yesterday after work. They got me in and out in 20 minutes and even told me about an available coupon. They did not try to oversell me on anything and explained clearly the differences in the synthetic oil change services they offer. The guys there were great and the price was very fair for the service. Thanks!
