Went back to Joffy Lube on Fordham Blvd, after making appointment to have spark plugs replaced and new lug nuts put on vehicle. Great customer service with transparency related to the overall diagnosis and repair. Saved money on labor and parts and service was quick and professional. Good communication from management and staff

Not much to say. They change your oil and check a bunch of other things like tires and air filters. I've always gotten in and out reasonably quickly. It's nice.

With an exceptional rating of 10/10, I consistently seek their automotive services. The exceptional service provided by the staff is unparalleled, and their workmanship is consistently of the highest caliber. Furthermore, the pricing offered is more competitive than that of other establishments. In my opinion, the service at this location is superior and more efficient. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Service was on par except for a couple of things: 1) Conventional Oil vs Synthetic Oil, and 2) Sloppy Oil Spills. First, as always with a new Oil Changer the lecture about Synthetic Oil vs Conventional Oil. I opted for Conventional Oil. The service guy looked disgusted with some 'select' words. I have studied why to use Conventional Oil. My car is Eleven-Years-Old. I DO NOT HAVE ONE OIL LEAK. I get my oil changed every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. Do these oil changers think we do not read and study our car's uses and mechanic components? Especially the nagging use of synthetic oil vs conventional oil? My advice to you is to read and study both kinds of oil and draw your own conclusions. I use my vehicle in a routine way, no extremes. Here is a quote from the web: "While many mechanics and reviewers might extol the praises of synthetic oil over conventional, you won’t be hearing the same thing from the car manufacturers themselves – many of whom still recommend and use conventional oil on the factory line. This is based on a simple fact of reality: unless you’re driving a high-performance vehicle or in extreme conditions, your car simply doesn’t need synthetic oil." Second, there were sloppy spills of oil on the front vinyl under the hood over the radiator. The service guy could see my ENGINE COMPARTMENT is SQUEAKY CLEAN. I will not go there again.

Frequently Asked Questions About Jiffy Lube

How much does an oil change cost at Jiffy Lube?

You can receive a personalized oil change quote from your local Jiffy Lube service center by visiting MyJiffyLube at https://jiffylube.com/get-an-estimate/get-started. This is the best way to get a quote because the cost of an oil change will vary based on your vehicle’s manufacturer recommendations for oil type and your vehicle’s engine oil capacity. Each Jiffy Lube service center is also independently owned and operated, and retail prices for products and services are determined at the local store level. You can also call your local store if you have additional questions.

How long does an oil change take at Jiffy Lube?

An oil change at Jiffy Lube could take 15 minutes or less, that's from the time we start your service, and the hood of your vehicle goes up, to when we've completed the service, and the hood goes down! Jiffy Lube pioneered the quick lube industry, and we are geared to handle oil changes for all types of vehicles. We also know that finding the time to get your car serviced is tough, so if you decide to complete a few of your other vehicle needs while visiting us, like a new cabin or engine air filter, tire rotation, or new windshield wipers, this could add additional time to your service. Finally, wait times can vary depending on the time of your visit and location of your service
