  Had my car towed there late Saturday, and they had called with a repair plan and then fixed the problems before noon on Monday. The process was easy. The price was incredibly fair. At no point did I feel spoken down to as a woman. Great customer service and my car sounds better than it has in years. Highly recommend!

  I've reccomended this business to a lot of people, even if they have to drive to it from Durham. They are honest, friendly and efficient.

  Avoid this shop if you can. This was my first time getting my car repaired, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. My car overheated due to a radiator leak, and the shop spent less than three minutes checking the engine. They then gave me a report simply stating that the engine was overheating — something I already knew — and told me they were unable to fix it. Despite providing no actual diagnosis or solution, they still charged me $90. After leaving the shop, I went to AutoZone, where they quickly helped me replace the radiator and refill the coolant. My car returned to normal immediately. I paid $90 for nothing but a confirmation of the problem I had already identified myself. This visit did not provide any help, guidance, or effort to resolve the issue. Extremely disappointing and not recommended.

Brian, our owner- has known the owner, Cassie, for a long time. It has been amazing to see her carry on the family legacy with such care and professionalism. Her father, Ronnie, built an incredible reputation for honesty, reliability, and great service- and Cassie has continued that legacy beautifully. You can truly trust and count on this family owned business. They treat their customers like friends, and it's clear they take pride in every job they do.
