  Absolutely disappointed with customer service and quality of work. I had a 07:30 am appointment(1st appointment of the day) and arrived on-time. It took 2 hours before the car was taken back. After another 45 mins, I was informed of the needed repairs and was quoted 2 hours. I needed 4 tires, shocks and an alignment. 4 hours went by - never received a call or any communication with a status of repairs. I called and was informed it would take another 2 hours. 3 hours go by and still nothing, to which I called again and they said they’ll have it done by 6pm (closing). 11 hours for the type of repairs needed is unacceptable without proper clear communication. I had to do all the communication. To add insult to injury, the vehicle came back with the carpeting detached in the trunk and a dent on the passenger side above the door. It doesn’t stop there - the vehicle’s steering wheel was not properly aligned. No apologies, just “I’ll take a look at it tomorrow”. I brought it back the next morning, to which it was not prioritized to fix their incomplete alignment job. I waited another hour before they brought the vehicle back and another hour for them to do the alignment again. Still came back with a crooked steering wheel. I asked for a refund to which I was informed I had to come back the next day for a manager to do it. I returned as instructed and was informed I had to call a number to request a refund and a 1 hr plus hold time. What kind of customer care is that? 11 hours for a 1-3 hour job, failure to correct the error, and multiple hoops to get a refund. I wouldn’t even recommend to buy an air freshener from this place

  Randy was incredibly helpful. I came in unsure and a little nervous and Randy walked me through everything clearly and even gave me some pointers for everyday maintenance. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Randy!

  I had a very positive experience with the Harrison Ave. location and technician, Randy. My Check Tire Pressue light came on when driving on a highway. Upon checking, my pressure was only 25 psi. Quite concerned that there may be a puncture, I drove to Mr. Tire. A thorough evaluation was done and Randy explained the different techniques used to search for a leak. Luckily, none was found. Thank you Randy for putting my mind at ease. I appreciate you!

  I’m really disappointed with my experience. I’ve had my car for 9 years and have had multiple tire changes during that time — I usually go to Discount Tire — and I have never once had my rims scratched. I chose this location simply because it was close to my work and convenient, but unfortunately that convenience didn’t pay off. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. When I returned at 3:15 PM, my car still was not ready. I called at 11:45 AM to check on the status and was told they didn’t have my tires yet and they had to go pick them up. I called again at 1:30 PM because I had somewhere to be at 3:30 PM, and I was told they were actively working on my vehicle and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. It was not. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, I noticed my rims were scratched. I only needed two rear tires replaced due to a nail in one tire, so this was a very straightforward job. The two men I interacted with were very kind and polite, which I do appreciate. However, the quality of work and the long delays were very disappointing. I trusted my vehicle would be handled with care, especially for such a simple service, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case. 😕
