  Writing a review for a my mom. Rick was very patient helping her understand what needed to be done to her car. She barely speaks English but Rick helped her out using Google Translate. He did not take advantage of the language barrier he helped her for what was needed. I would recommend this shop to all the people I know in the Asian community in Cary to come see Rick.

  The online appointment wasted my afternoon. I booked appointment online for state inspection but when I reached the staff told me there was noone for the inspecyion. If you can send me two emails and two confirmations, you could have told me the service couldn't be performed before I drove all the way.

  We had a mix-up with oil change pricing and Rick helped us out with that. He was very patient and informative. I would recommend!

  Rick and Frank were awesome. Rick the assistant manager was very polite and respectful. Gave me educational details about services and what they are good for. Frank the technician was polite and respectful as well. He did a great job on my car.

  They do not honor their appointments. I had really no option but to wait for hours after my scheduled appointment time, as I bought my tires from on online retailer who works with Mr tire. So the service was already paid for and the tires were shipped to Mr tire. I thought I was getting a good deal, but if a company does not respect your time then they do not deserve your business. I will never use Mr. Tire again.
