  Don't know the names of who I spoke to, got a balance and wheel alignment done - they were so friendly and the service didn't take long! Also was very affordable. Glad to have visited them

  JAMAL. Ladies.. get you a JAMAL!! Are you tired of being oversold on things you don’t need? Need a trusty person to explain things, and fix things correctly for you when you are busy and on a budget. Go to Mavis in Cary and ask for Jamal. I’ve also dealt with Ben and James and really just everyone is great. I refuse to go anywhere else now. Greatest team that truly looks after you. Go go go!

  I brought my daughter’s car in because it was making a strange noise, and I wasn’t sure what the issue was. They asked me to leave the car and said they would call me with an update. Within an hour, they called back and had already found the problem—it turned out something was bent. To my surprise, they fixed it free of charge and told me I could come pick up the car. I truly appreciate how much they helped me out. Brennan quickly identified and fixed the issue, and Jamal provided great customer service throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for both my vehicle and my kids’ vehicles, and I will absolutely recommend them to others. Thank you so much!

  I had a really disappointing experience with my car dealership, where my tire balance was never properly checked or addressed. I ended up going to NTB Tire & Service Center, and their team completely turned things around for me! They fixed the issue and the service was handled quickly and professionally. They listen to their customers and didn’t try to oversell —they’ll just tell you what you actually need, which I really appreciate. Big thanks to Ben, Jamal, Will, and Jeremiah for the great service. I honestly wish I had gone to NTB first instead of wasting time at the dealership.

  Went to pepboys needing a plug in a tire for a small nail. Got the worst service and cold shoulder ever. I rolled over to these guys and Noah and Jamal not only plugged the tire but did it as a courtesy just for leaving a review. This is the kind of customer service people need in this world without a doubt. So screw those corporate tire centers that treat you like garbage and come to these guys. They will treat you like a human and treat you right THE FIRST TIME. MUCH LOVE AND RESPECT TO THE CREW AT MAVIS TIRE CENTER
