  I would have given this place two stars if it weren’t for one employee . He communicated with me when the system was down , explaining that I had to wait a little bit, said hello, said goodbye. Basic customer service skills . So I wanted to give him praise. I wish I got his name. Everyone else seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. I will sayyyy....... I was quoted one amount, agreed to it , and had them work on my car . I paid and went home. Looking at my receipt, I noticed an extra $10 was added to my check - a “shop fee” that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. I’ve never been charged that at other locations and it was pretty undescriptive. It's $10 so I'm not breaking any balls on it but small, unexpected charges like that can leave a bad impression and ultimately cost a business repeat customers for what should be a straightforward service.

  DO NOT COME HERE. I got an oil change here, and the very next day my check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone to scan the codes and got P0172 and P1101, which point to an airflow/intake issue. Since this happened immediately after the oil change, I brought my car back thinking maybe something was left loose. Instead of checking their work, they told me the issue could be from “putting too much gas in the tank” — even though I hadn’t gotten gas at all since the oil change. They then tried to quote me for replacing the mass airflow sensor, which I had already replaced last year. This felt very dismissive and untrustworthy. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

  They saw a young woman walk in alone (me) and decide be predatory and completely scam me. As soon as I parked a guy comes out and starts talking to me about pricing- he was nice and I think honest. He gives me the prices (seemed reasonable), takes my car back, and I go to wait inside. Then another guy comes in wants to let me know what the “actual prices are”. I wanted a tire rotation and an oil change, he told me both would be more than what I was originally told, but his math wasn’t even right. I tried to have him actually add everything up for me, but the math still wasn’t right 😂 then he tells me about an extra fee he hadn’t counted. At this point my car is already being worked on and I didn’t feel comfortable making a scene or refusing to pay the price I didn’t agree to, especially considering the store was basically empty and they had my car. When I get the actual receipt there are several added charges I don’t even know what were for. Honestly considering small claims court due to the principle. My boyfriend went into a Jiffy lube a week ago, had almost the same services, and paid significantly less. This was sexist and predatory behavior. They put me in a situation that they knew I wouldn’t feel comfortable getting out. Don’t support this business.
