  I had an oil leak on my 328i and they correctly determined root cause and were able to replace the vacuum pump the same day. I’m definitely satisfied with the experience.

  I've brought 3 different cars to Import Motor Works and have always had a pleasant experience. Estimates are straight forward and no surprises. Nothing has ever been returned for rework during their warranty of repair period. Also they provide a good pre-inspection for a used car you might wish to buy on the open market.

  Import Auto performed an engine oil change, PDK transmission oil change, replaced spark plugs, cleaned my AC evaporator, and replace my rear brake pads and rotors. I am very pleased with the expediency of the work and the price was very fair in my opinion. I’ll be a customer for life. Highly recommend this shop for your import auto maintenance and repairs.

  I brought my 2015 Lexus GS350 here due to a really bad misfire in two of the cylinders, and Import Motor Werks is the absolute best. I’ve taken the car to other shops in the past, but have not been able to find a trustworthy and transparent one until now. From the initial contact to picking up my car after it was ready, the entire process was seamless and way less stressful than I had expected it to be. Kim reached out shortly after I submitted an inquiry through their website, and they had my car scheduled for a couple days after that. Daniel was the service advisor. Not only did they diagnose the misfire, but they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and found several other critical issues (the car was neglected before I bought it, so I was expecting other problems to arise). I’ve had the car back for a few days now, and it has never run and driven as well as it does now. It feels like a different car. You can clearly tell that Import Motor Werks cares about its customers and their cars. It is expensive (but very reasonably priced for the work), but you’re also paying for the quality that you will not be able to find anywhere else. The team here will absolutely ensure that the issues are resolved, and to the highest level of quality. I’d like to give a huge thank you to Kim, Daniel, and the rest of the team at Import Motor Werks. I will definitely take this car back when it needs service again.

  I would like to personally thank Daniel, who took the time to listen to me instead of my complaints with my vehicle not only did he share his knowledge and advised me that he would like to take a look at the vehicle to make sure that everything was running correctly or what I need to have done be corrected. I appreciate the service. I appreciate the kindness and I appreciate the fairness of the prices that was presented to me to make sure that my vehicle is running in top shape.
