They answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, making the process smooth and stress-free. The rental itself was an excellent drive. It was a Nissan Altima, black, mileage 42,151, fuel 3/4, license KLG9397 that drove perfectly. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. The car could have been a bit cleaner. I was told it had just been dropped off and the pollen was thick outside. The inside had some stains(it didn’t look dirty it was like water stains or grease looking stains) in the seats which can easily be removed by a good car wash. That’s the only thing that kept this review from being 5 stars. I’ve had several disappointing experiences at other Enterprise locations, especially the one in Rockingham, NC, but this location exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

The quality check is the worst as much as I have experienced in renting a car. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I called enterprise multiple times to exchange the car and I’ve been sent to a couple of different places to pick the exchange the car but both places rejected my exchange saying they don’t have enough cars to exchange it for me. I won’t recommend enterprise and also I won’t recommend this place.
