  I had an appointment to get 2 tires replaced. 5 hours later, I was leaving with 1 new tire. I have 22" rims and the guys had a hard time mounting the tires. They ended up taking them to another location but could only mount 1 of them. I had to leave and come back a few days later to get the other tire mounted. Somewhere in the process, one of my TPMS sensors was broken. I had to get it replaced. It stopped working again on my way home but I'm not going back to get it looked at. One of my rims has several scratches on it from them trying to mount the tire. Thankfully, I paint my rims with plasti dip. Why a 2 star rating and not a 1? The staff was very nice and accommodating. They tried really hard and I can appreciate that. However, it was not a good experience. If you have oversized rims, you might want to go somewhere else.

  I live in North Raleigh but I was in Cary and I noticed that my tire light came on and my left rear tire looked low. I was extremely fortunate to be near NTB-national tire and battery on Kildare farm Road. I pulled in very concerned because I have to drive back to North Raleigh and thought I could just put some air in but then I didn't know what would happen when I got home and what would happen tomorrow if the tire was flat. I spoke with Jamal who was incredible, the best customer service I've ever had!!! He calmed me down, was able to get the car on the lift and did find a nail in the left rear tire and did a patch all within 20 minutes to get me back on the road and try to avoid rush hour traffic. The customer service and price were exceptional!! I highly recommend NTB on Kildare Farm Road!!!

  I've had a slow, almost imperceptible leak in a tire that has been bugging me all winter leading me to finally bringing my tire in, worrying that I may be out $500+ for a tire with under 15k miles. Luckily I found out about this place. On the phone, Ben offered to check my tire for leaks for free on the spot with no appointment. I was happy to hear that I wouldn't have to schedule an appointment within my already packed schedule. I brought my car in, and he answered all of my random questions. The culprit was difficult to find, and the techs felt quite excited and accomplished once it was found; they even brought the tire to me so I could see it. I got my tire patched, and I was out the door in under 1 hour. The price was fair, and everyone was very knowledgeable. Ben specifically took great care to verify that everything was done correctly, down to hand-tourqueing my lugnuts back to spec. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend this place to anyone stuck between working on your car yourself and taking it by your dealership.

  Jamal and his team was really helpful after i was turned away from 3 other tires places i was able to get my tire fixed when others would not i truly do appreciate the team. I recommend them

  Amazing experience at NTB. Staff is very knowledgeable, quick, and kind. They immediately checked my tire and repaired it for a very low cost!! Definitely stop by here and get your tires fixed when you’re in need of a quick and cheap option for tires and repairs. James was my mechanic and wasted no time, and he said they could repair the tire rather than charge me for a new one. Service was amazing here!
