Sat down and waited about 30 minutes after I got there the inspection person came and said that they were going to fail the gentleman‘s car unless he bought wiper blades, which was an additional $60. This sounds like a pretty common occurrence at this location, reading prior reviews. The other older gentleman that was there was talked into close to $800 worth of upgrades that seemed unnecessary. I only went for an oil change and let me say it should be called not so Jiffy Lube. I’ll look for a more efficient place next time. Make sure you check their website for coupons if you have to go there.
