He made comments such as “Why do you have to be like that?” and “I guess you’re not comfortable around me.” The first thing I said to him was simply, “Are you talking to me?”—but he offered no response and did not make eye contact. I spoke with the manager, who suggested the employee may not have been addressing me. However, I was the only customer at the counter, and regardless of who those comments were meant for, they were inappropriate for a customer to overhear. This interaction came across as unprofessional and uncomfortable, and as a result, I will be seeking service elsewhere going forward.

Another car pulled up just to leave too. Seems they don’t wanna have to do anything here. Went to the next jiffy lube and was helped no problem. No excuses of systems being down.
