They did oil change, tire rotation, change both filters and resolved a warning light in less than an hour. The service guy offered several discounts that helped drive the cost down. I know people have opposing views on Jiffy Lube, but I think it’s all in the people who works there and their people skills. Big thanks to the guys!!!

I wish I could give 0 (zero) stars, but I have to give one (an established rule out of my control) Today, I was charged an astonishing $538 & change for spark plugs and coil replacement at this location. The product is from Duralast - a very ordinary product. The cost online for this kit is a maximum of $163 at AutoZone. The irony is that Jiffy Lube, as a privileged Corporate customer of Durlasat, must have a substantial discount for these kits as B2B transaction, but THEY CHOSE TO NOT PASS ON THAT DISCOUNT to their customers. The cost to me was quoted over $400!!!!!! Labor costs were quoted as $125 for less than 45 minute worth of work!!!! I DO NOT recommend this service place to anybody in the Triangle. STAY AWAY & save your hard-earned $$.
