DON'T USE "CHAD" AT THIS LOCATION right now. I had my car plugged in for 1 1/2 hours & it only added 10 miles! The rep I talked to said the usage history for CHAD doesn't show a successful charge in the past several weeks! I'm never using EVgo again. This is their 3rd station I've tried, & the chargers were not working properly (or not at all) every time. Customer service reps have kept me on the phone for 15-30 minutes trying to troubleshoot, with one guy telling me after 30 minutes that there was a note in the system that the Sheetz charger I was at wasn't working. I asked, "why didn't you tell me that 30 minutes ago? Why isn't there an "Out of Service" message on the screen?!? Thanks for wasting my time over & over again!
