I explained my situation and what had transpired, and she immediately reassured me that she would have the district manager contact me. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Ms. Nikki, who listened attentively as I re-explained the issue.Ms. Nikki was professional, understanding, and prompt in her response — she asked what she or AutoZone could do to make things right and ensure my satisfaction. Her sincerity and proactive approach turned my experience completely around.As a business owner myself, it’s refreshing to encounter managers who treat customers with such respect, empathy, and accountability. Jessica, Jacob and Doug who was visiting from another store all helped. One of my terminals were broken and they also replaced it. I cant speak enough on how amazing the customer service was.

He made sure to check on me while advising me when I had questions - within reason - because I know nothing about cars. Between him and my friend giving me tips I was able to successfully get on the road. 💪🏻 thank you for making sure I didn’t kill my engine. This man didn’t have to help me, I didn’t even know he was a manager until he told another customer that. Wonderful employee who saved my day and my wallet.
