When it came to replacing the battery itself, it was being difficult coming loose from inside the car. Kishore kept at it though and got it out in around 10 minutes. He then quickly replaced it with the newly purchased battery. Thank you to Kishore again for the help and to Autozone for providing a relatively cost effective battery! Thank you :)

Starting with my initial phone call, I spoke to Jessica, and she knew exactly which battery met my car’s specs, gave me a price, warranty info, etc. In comparison, other places told me I needed to bring the car in before they could give me a price, and two even told me they would not do an install on a BMW because of the level of complexity (the battery is integrated with the car’s electronics and they’ve had BMWs lock up before and need to be towed to the dealership - yikes!). Jessica, on the other hand, was confident that she could replace the battery and register it with the vehicle’s computer properly. I brought my car in, and she was fantastic! She tested both of my car’s batteries, determined which one needed to be replaced, installed the new one, and performed the programming/registering all within 20 min! I will definitely be coming back here for my future car needs. Thanks, Jessica, for your knowledge, expertise, and for getting the battery replaced without issue!!
