One of the guys brought a scan tool out to my car. The light had gone out and there was no code. He checked all the fluids and even checked online for any answers. He went above and beyond to make sure we would be able to get home even though it looked like we wouldn't be purchasing anything. We are extremely grateful for his help.

Was asked immediately when I went in if I was going to buy a battery there. I told them honestly I had a warranty elsewhere, but they were the closest place for me to get a test to be sure it was just battery, so no. The young guy came out and when we approached my vehicle I went to pop the hood and he asked "do you know what you're looking for in there?" before I even got my door open. After he tested it, he said the battery was ok but he just started there 5 days ago and loves to sell things so he'd still sell me one but that the test indicated it was ok and if "next door" (National Tire and Battery) tested those numbers they wouldn't even tell me anything was wrong and he wouldn't recommend to get a new one. Proceeded to ask me if I had a boyfriend that could help me later to which I pointed to the car beside me and informed him that was my wife. Took the battery to get it tested elsewhere and it immediately failed. Will never come back here as I do not feel like being treated like an idiot because I'm a woman is somewhere I'm going to give business to.
