    Stopped by to pickup tuneup items needed before work so I can install tomorrow. A couple vehicles parked sideways getting detailed was first red flag. Went inside, stood at register for a bit then left. Disappointed is an understatement. Certainly hope employees vehicles are in pristine condition since it's a priority.

    Pretty sure battery is bad. Have battery tested, told it's good, just needs charge. A week later I drive for 8 hours because it "just needs a charge." End up stranded and buying a battery near where I'm stranded. Next time I'll test the battery for crank amps myself. Can't afford to trust anyone knows what they're doing these days.

    Went there today and got excellent advice from the taller employee with glasses. Forgot your name but thank you so much for being helpful! My battery was still under warranty from another store and he saved me $250!

    This location I went to check battery guy said it is reading XXX. I took it to other advance auto location they gave me detail about battery performance. I asked them when did I purchased battery employee said we cant check by phone number. I went to other location and they able to pull record by phone number. Rude behavior and helpless employee at this location
