I visited AutoZone to have my car battery tested because my vehicle was not charging properly. During my first visit, the employee initially refused to check the battery and then proceeded to assist me in a rude and unprofessional manner. I was told that the battery was in good condition. Trusting that assessment, I spent the next two days troubleshooting my car, even consulting a mechanic who could not identify the issue. Eventually, I tested my vehicle with a different battery, and the problem was immediately resolved, confirming that my original battery was faulty. I returned to AutoZone a few days later to have the battery tested again, and this time I was told that the battery had failed. During this visit, I was again met with poor customer service. The staff member’s tone was dismissive and unprofessional, even when I approached respectfully. This experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I relied on the initial test result, which turned out to be incorrect, and the lack of professionalism from staff made the situation worse. I would not recommend this location based on both inaccurate service and poor customer interaction. If owner see this please reach to this shop I have always trusted and shop from auto zones this shop customer service is messed up

Walked in to buy an air filter that their website says the have in stock, and the associate made me feel as if it was a terrible burden for me to be there. She told me it wasn't in stock, but yet when I left and called the store Derek went and did his job and confirmed it IS there. I will not be returning to this location, and I would urge management to better check in on who they have representing them.

I was there Sunday and the lady she was working. She had an attitude. She didn’t help me at all.

I had a really disappointing experience at AutoZone. My boyfriend and I stopped by to pick up supplies to change his oil. We’ve never shopped here before—we usually go to Advance Auto—so we had no idea about their “no working on cars” rule, and we didn’t see the sign posted about it. We had already started and were about halfway done with the oil change when a “manager” came outside and very rudely told us to “hurry up and leave.” The way he spoke to us was completely unnecessary and honestly shocking. If he had approached us politely and explained the situation, it would’ve been a totally different experience—but instead, he chose to be disrespectful and dismissive. Customer service matters, and I can’t believe someone with that kind of attitude is running the store. It really makes me wonder how he treats employees if that’s how he talks to customers. Definitely not a place I feel comfortable returning to.
