They told us what they thought we needed and we were able to buy it and install it in the same night and my fiance was able to get work in the morning. Saved us around $400 if we would have taken it to a mechanic. They even showed us where the part on our car was and how to take it out.

- EPEric PPApr 11, 20261.0Came in for a simple warranty battery exchange – purchased here, flagged defective by my mechanic. Should have taken ten minutes. An employee named Christian skipped past me in line twice. When he finally got to me, his opening line was: “What do you want?” I explained my situation. He expected me to bring the battery in myself. When I told him it was installed in the car, he said he needed to move to the next customer – and walked away. No solution. No next step. Just gone. Then, while on a phone call, he physically waved the next customer forward while I was still standing there with an unresolved issue. I’ll let that speak for itself. A second associate then came out from the back, spoke to Christian, and dismissed me without hearing a word of my situation. The only reason this isn’t one star: a female associate noticed what was happening, stepped in unprompted, and actually resolved my issue. She was professional, kind, and everything the others were not. AutoZone, your customers deserve better.
