  I stopped by AutoZone looking for black tape to stick on a window. It was for a DIY project I saw online... Not for a car, which understandably confused the salesman at first! He was a very kind older gentleman and he took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. I explained I was making a faux stained-glass window for my home. He attentively watched a portion of the DYI video, with me, found the tape I needed and then even wished me the best of luck on my project. I’m happy to report my window turned out lovely! Thank you kind sir, for the friendly help, the encouragement for my DYI project and the great customer service. Thank you, AutoZone, for having such a wonderful employee who will help... even when you show up talking about home crafts, showing short videos of your intended home craft project, instead of talking about cars and car parts. Now, that’s customer service!!!!!

  I stopped by the Carthage AutoZone intending only to purchase a battery and install it myself at home. However, the technician immediately offered to take care of it and said, “Let’s just knock it out,” even though it was dark and raining. Their willingness to go above and beyond while maintaining a positive attitude was truly exceeding my expectations as a customer. This level of service reflects an exceptional customer experience. The team not only provided the product I needed but also delivered genuine care, efficiency, and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in supporting their customers, and I genuinely appreciate their outstanding service.
