Being from out of town, it was disconcerting to navigate the best way to get the car situation resolved and be ready to take him back home. Fortunately, Anna at Advanced Auto answered the phone and gave me definitive answers about how she and her co-workers could assist me. I was in and out of Advanced in record time. When cars are disabled and you are in a strange town, it's stressful. But, Anna and Earl went above and beyond to make sure I could safely return to the hospital and to then be able to safely travel home (2hours away) to our car dealership.
