They didn't have the parts I needed, but the manner in how they went out of their way to help was remarkable.

I asked the employee to come and check my alternator to see if it needed to be replaced, the usually hook up a diagnostic system where it’ll ask you to put the vehicle under many types of loads, this man had the audacity to bring out a multimeter to check voltage I just explained to him that I too just checked it with a multimeter and that the battery I just put in it was brand new I knew that it was going to read good, what I needed from him was a diagnostic check for electrical system I should’ve went elsewhere to get it checked because that same day I went to Hendersonville and guess what my car was dead again recharged the old battery and had to get a Lyft back home 35$ later this man does not need to work for an auto parts store much less give any advice this happened 9-17-2025

I walked in and the staff greeted me and then they asked me what I needed they typed it into their computer and then they help me find what I needed they were really helpful
