  I would like to formally express my concern regarding an experience at Auto Zone on Smoky Park Highway. During my visit, I felt that I was treated with a lack of respect and professionalism by a staff member named Lisa. The interaction came across as inappropriate and unwelcoming, which is especially concerning in a setting that should prioritize care, understanding, and respect for all individuals. I believe it is important for corporate leadership to be aware of this situation so it can be addressed appropriately. Customers should always be treated with dignity and courtesy, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure better representation and service in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Double thumbs up and many thanks to Brittany! Usually when I need help finding a part most employees at most auto parts stores will act like you've asked them to run a marathon or something. But today when I went in to get a belt tensioner that the computer said was out of stock, she went to check anyway just incase and sure enough it was there. Saved me from having to order one or drive to another store with my belt screaming at me. Thank you so much Brittany. You truely saved the day!

  The teamwork, friendliness, & eagerness to help their customers is unmatched at this location. The staff is beyond helpful with every visit. So grateful for them! Last visit today around 2pm for car battery purchase.

  They didn't have the parts I needed, but the manner in how they went out of their way to help was remarkable. My wife was stranded, they made sure that I knew where to go to get the part I needed.
