  Failed my inspection for wipers, which are brand new. They're a scam, trying to get me to buy new ones. What a joke

  I have been coming here to get my oil changed because I have a Jeep with a skid plate and do not have the equipment to make removing it a quick or easy job. For some reason, it was decided without my knowledge that itd be a good idea to half ass install my skidplate using zip ties and disregarding half of the necessary bolts. I went in today to have it fixed and that was done so without argument, but snide remarks were made towards be by what I assume is the manager. I am a teenage girl and it already seems as if the staff was taking advantage of that by assuming I wouldn't notice a half ass job. While having the issue fixed today, I was told I didnt need my skid plate anyway, asked how I even noticed it wasnt installed correctly, and "joked" with about charging me to fix it. On top of this, the man I assume is the manager said that when he saw me walking up, he was going to tell them (staff) to tell me that they dont fix what they mess up. Even looking at the plate now, it seems that some bolts are missing. This whole experience has really just perpetuated the stereotype that mechanics try to take advantage of women, assuming they are too dumb to notice. It was a waste of my time to have to go back and have my skid plate installed correctly when it should have been done the first time. I am paying to have my oil change and have it done correctly, not be patronized and taken advantage of.

  My advice to anyone coming here would be to empty your vehicle of all portable valuables and stand outside where you can observe the work work at all times. I didn't do that.

  They did the oil change and didn’t put my skid plate back on completely causing it to rip off while I was driving.

  Had a great experience. The techs made sure to show me my oil levels and check my other fluids just like they should. Also replaced my air filter which I definitely needed. My car feels so much better now.
