I went through the carwash but only some of the paint was removed. I spoke with Amanda, asked if i can go through the tunnel again. she offered to first remove the paint by hand then rewash the car. She hand scrubbed the entire car before i went through the wash again. Her and Daniel ensured the car was spotless. Amazing and attentive staff! Hard working and helpful people like her and Daniel made my day with a simple car wash. Thank you

Purchased whatever was the most expensive wash($32) and included are pictures AFTER the first and second washes. Idk what it is about NC car washes but continually disappointed when I decide to use one. Best thing they offered was cleaning sprays for both the interior and windows.
