My last damages happened in VA and I didn’t want my car towed any other place but Buddy Gregory’s. Not to brag on my collisions and damages 😂, but they’ve fixed my car not just once, but three times, and every single time the work was done with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. What really stood out was their consistent communication throughout the entire process—I was always kept informed and never left wondering what was going on. The front office staff, Kevin and Dot, are absolutely AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They know their stuff and they’re very relatable. We always laugh and joke to the point my cheeks hurt 😂 They make everything smooth and stress-free, and their customer service alone makes this the shop stand out.
